Our Supportive Housing Program is designed for individuals facing both mental health and substance use challenges.
We offer:
- Safe, structured living environments tailored for Medicaid recipients
- Integrated support from trained mental health professionals
- Connections to therapy, medical care, and case management
- A focus on community integration and discharge planning
We currently provide housing in both Reno and Las Vegas, ensuring care is accessible where it’s needed most.
