Our Psychiatric Urgent Facility is a welcoming, walk-in healthcare resource center designed for individuals who do not meet criteria for hospital admission or who need a safe, supportive discharge plan. We accept community referrals and ensure accessible care for those navigating behavioral and physical health challenges.
At PUF, we assess each member’s physical and behavioral health needs and connect them with essential outpatient services tailored to their unique circumstances. These services may include psychiatric care, primary care, therapy, case management, pharmacy support, transportation coordination, and housing assistance.
Members also have access to:
- A serene, safe, and supportive environment
- Medical and case management assessments
- Coordinated care and treatment planning
- Nutritious meals
- Hygiene products and clothing (as needed)
- Cognitive stimulation activities
- Educational and vocational resource referrals
With the WC Health Services Clinic conveniently located next door, members benefit from seamless access to medical support. Whether you’re referred from the community or walk in for help, PUF is here to offer compassionate, comprehensive support that promotes stability and healing.
